Day 1

Good-Bye potato chips. Hello delicious smoothie. I hope to pass the 7-Day test before starting to work out regularly. I have HAVE to get back into shape. I want my teenage body back & the energy back. And this one was a huge success.

1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup mixed herbs
3-4 spoons of plain yogurt
milk for blending all of the above

Trust me. It was delicious. I hate greens too. But it won’t mar the taste of the smoothie at all. So, go for it.
