Day 2


I tried making a ‘romanticistic’ smoothie today. I doubt if it tasted anything like what I’d imagined, but it sure as hell was appetizing.

3-4 strawberries
6-8 raspberries
6-8 blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup mixed herbs
2 tablespoon unsweetened coco powder (star ingredient)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk for blending all of the above

// I add banana to all my smoothies because they work great especially when I am craving sugar.
