Let’s just call it Day 3

3 days and 15,000 calories later, I am back.

15-20 green grapes
2-3 florets broccoli
1/2 green apple
1/2 cup mixed herbs
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
2-3 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ginger juice (trust me!)
2-3 tablespoon yogurt
unsweetened coconut milk to blend them all

// Apple skin can be a turn off. Peel them if you want to.
