I was a happy driver today. It took me under 25 minutes to reach home. Either everyone other than me was working from home today or I’ve just learned how to beat the worst traffic in Seattle.
And I just made the most refreshing smoothie ever.
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3-4 tablespoon yogurt
2 small oranges – freshly squeezed & strained. Use this to blend all the fruits together.
Unlike all my other smoothies, this one looks good too. Even after blending.
